All our photographs are under RF License (Royalty Free).

Transfer of non-exclusive rights, unless agreed otherwise, in perpetuity or permanent, not transferable or sublicensable except the final customer. Uses non-print, Web, Multimedia and CD or DVD is limited to a maximum of 1000 pixels on the longest side (72 ppi).

The use for pornographic, fraudulent, offensive or illegal purposes is not authorized, being in any case the customers responsibility the final use of the chosen material.

The publication of an image acquired in this agency carries the author's / photographer's name followed by the name of the Agency (© Photographer's name/rdkphotobank).

The Customer undertakes to respect the conditions agreed in the usage rights and conditions of purchase. Any non included agreement must be detailed as particular Conditions.
